TERMS OF
ENGAGEMENT

Effective Date: October 24, 2023

Welcome to the legal framework of Architext Solutions. These terms govern our professional relationship across SBA loan assistance, architectural project financing, and business plan development.

Abstract architectural blueprint and legal gavel

1. Professional Advisory

By engaging with Architext Solutions, you're acknowledging that our role is strictly advisory. We provide guidance on government contract procurement and construction project management, but we don't serve as a substitute for professional legal or accounting counsel.

Do you understand the scope of our consultation? It's vital we're on the same page from day one.

Your success depends on the transparency of the data you provide. We're here to build the bridge, but you own the crossing.

2. SBA Loan Non-Guarantee

Let's be clear: Architext Solutions does not guarantee SBA loan approvals. We're consultants, not lenders. While our assistance significantly streamlines the application process, the final determination rests solely with the Small Business Administration and your chosen financial institution.

We've helped hundreds of businesses navigating the red tape, but federal criteria are subject to shift without notice. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

// TODO: update latest federal filing requirements in appendix

3. Intellectual Property

All strategies, business plan templates, and project management blueprints developed during our engagement remain the property of Architext Solutions until full payment is rendered. You'll receive a non-exclusive license for internal use upon project completion.

Don't copy us. We won't copy you. Fair deal? Our industry-specific jargon and proprietary methodologies are the result of 17 years in the field.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Architext Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your business decisions. We're here to provide the map, but you're behind the wheel. We won't be held responsible for project delays caused by third-party contractors or sudden shifts in the architectural financing markets.

// TODO: improve accessibility on table views
